Privacy Policy
Who is responsible
Arxon Tecnologia is responsible for handling diagnosis requests submitted through this website. For questions or privacy requests, email contact@arxon.com.br.
Diagnosis requests
We collect your email address, a description of your challenge and your consent, with its timestamp and the policy version. We use these details to respond to your request and prepare an initial diagnosis. Do not include passwords, sensitive personal data or confidential records in the challenge field. Submitting the form does not subscribe you to a mailing list.
Technical data and measurement
Our measurement service records visited pages, referral origin, campaign parameters, clicks, section views and form states. It does not receive the email address or challenge text. The API uses a visitor identifier derived from the IP address and browser information to help prevent abuse. This identifier is pseudonymous, not anonymous. The site stores your language preference locally and uses session storage to avoid duplicate events. Our own measurement service respects the browser’s Do Not Track setting.
External services
Hosting, database and email providers support site operation and the handling of requests. Google Ads, Google Analytics and Microsoft Clarity only load after you allow optional cookies. These providers may process technical identifiers and use their own cookies. Your choice is stored in this browser for up to 180 days and can be changed through “Cookie preferences” in the footer. On withdrawal, we send denied-consent signals to providers already loaded; their tags will not load on subsequent pages. Providers may retain limited cookieless signals on the page already open. See Google’s Privacy Policy and Microsoft’s Privacy Statement.
Retention and your choices
We retain contact information as needed to handle the request, manage the resulting relationship and meet applicable obligations. You can contact us to request information about processing, access, correction or deletion of your data, and to withdraw consent. Deletion may be subject to legal retention obligations. See the ANPD guidance on data subject rights.
Policy updates
This policy describes the website and diagnosis form. Other services may have specific notices. Version: September 5, 2026.
